I can't delete itunes, bonjour, etc. folders because I am not an owner according to windows 7.

I need to completely uninstall ITunes, and I have went through all the steps that are outlined in this question, but when I go to delete the folders off of my windows 7 comp (the programs are already gone from control panel), it says " itunes not accessable/ Access denied.' When I go under properties> security settings> it tells me that I am not the current owner of the folder and that the current owner is unavailable. Now I can't download itunes because I can change the itunes download location so that itunes will begin installation, but the rest of the programs that come along with itunes (i.e. bonjour) default to folders I have no ownership over, and this stops my download. Help me please!!!

Windows 7
