Q: personal hotspot

Hi,

l got a problem about personal hotspot feature.l always use it.30 minutes ago l set in setting and tried to turn it on to connect the internet with macbook but l couldn't.Later l would try again but this feature disappeared from setting.How can l do?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2

What disappeared? is it greyed out?

Try a reset, hold both the home and sleep buttons at the same time until the phone powers off and back on, only release once you see the apple logo. Then try again.

go to settings-general-reset-reset network connections.

If that doesn't work contact your carrier. If the carrier no longer offers the service the option will disappear.
