I don't think so, but you can do a screen-capture of it (command+shift+4) and import it as a photo.

You could also open the PDF in Preview and save it as a JPEG. Then use the JPEG in iMovie.

Info: The screen capture in Preview (File/Take Screensho->From Selection) is much lower resolution than when you "Save As...JPEG". You have to save every page as a separate JPEG. If your iMovie is set to apply the Ken Burns Effect to incoming pictures, you'll have to edit the effect to see the whole page.
