I have incorrect system time in my new Macbook pro md102 even when I setted up "synchronize with time server". system clock show time bigger on 7 minutes!

Is the time wrong in the Date & Time preference pane, or only in the menu bar clock?
Time was wrong in both places: menu bar and Date&Time pane...
I used time.is web site to check time...so, when I unchecked "synchronize with time server" and set time up manually exact as possible (less than 1sec differences from time.is) and checked "synchronize with time server" I got answer from time.is that I have exact time(i suppose that time was finally synchronized ).. But today I have got answer from time.is that differences about 1.5 sec ... How often the time is synchronized?
I suspect that just closed ports on the firewall in our work network... Will try it from home...
Yes! really, problems have been in the network security settings of our domain.
