DVDs to iCloud

My next question is!!

Can I upload movies and tv shows that I have ripped from my DVDs to the iCloud??

Other: This is too save HDD space. The simplest thing I can think of is having another iTunes library saved to my HDD, then whenever I want a Movie/TV Show I need to plug in my HDD and load up the other iTunes Library....
