10.8.2 Retina 13" Crashing

My macbook is crashing more and more often. It just freezes and loops tiny glitch of audio (tick, tick, tick, tick)... you know the drill.

I've noticed it does not depend on certain software to crash, or any particular user error or action. I have no added running "system" software or bloatware either, just applications.

Log report, first warning before reboot is:
