how do i get my music back from icloud if it has been deleted

I have just got a new laptop and downloaded my previously purchased music via icloud.

It did not download them all and i didnt kjnow which ones had not been downloaded so i deleted them and started again, now it says on my itunes store i only have 4 previous purchases although it is over a thousand. How can I get them back?
