why wont my touch screen not work ive tried 3 different screens all with the same end resultcomes on but no touch?

What do you mean you've tried 3 different screens? The iPhone is not user servicable and Apple does not sell parts.
it was out of warranty so i brought a new screen and diggy fitted it taking extra care not to damage any wires it comes on but touch is unresponsive i thought it might be a faulty screen so i exchanged it only to have the same problem no touch
Well, it sounds like something else is broken. Find a competent repair shop, or buy a new phone. Apple will no longer offer you a discounted out of warranty replacement.
