Removing Scratches From iPhone 4S Galss

I have my iPhone 4S in a case, but I still have gotten small scratches on the surface of the front and back (from before I got the case). I don't see them when the screen is on, but when it is off they are noticable. I have looked around online and can't see to find a good way of doing this. Some say to do a buffing with some sort of compound, but that will take off the oleophobic coating.

Is there anything DIY way of doing this? If not then I am up for bringing it in somewhere, I just do not know where.

Any help would be appreciated.
