File Sharing Between Windows and Mac. Server vanishing from Finder

Hi folks!

I just activated the file sharing on Mac, including File Sharing and SMB. Then, I went to Finder > Connect to server and insert my windows computer IP. The issue is, connection drops intermittently. Furthermore, I can't get the server to be showed as a Name, instead of IP on Finder.

I tried to mount the server for connection establishment as soon as mac starts up, but it didn't fix the problem.

Why does it keeps dropping the connection?

As soon as connection drops, I can go to Finder > Connect to server and it will connect normally.
