I need to know how to download apps and how to create an Apple ID & password
I am having problem downloading INSTAGRAM, ICLOUDS, SKYPE. One more thing my apple ID is my email and whatever password I created?

The easiest way to create an Apple ID is through the setup process of the iPod.
However if you did not go through the setup process, you can create an Id from here:
Yes, the Apple Id is an email you wish to assign to it, and a password of your choosing.
Once you create the ID, you will have to sign in to the iTuies store on your device to be able to download apps.
