I have a 64-bit and the download is telling me there is an error because it's set-up for a 32-bit. Please help.

I've tried the recommended steps in the forum and posted on the help page and nothing is working. My 1st gen shuffle is not connecting to iTunes on my 64-bit PC.


Please help.
