For the second time now I have been charged twice for the supply of one set of weekly (not Sunday) copies of the Daily Mail.


I realise the amount is small but for this to happen to me twice is unacceptable


As Lady Bagshot says in the Importance of being Earnest.to err once may be an accident but twice is carelessness.


Perhaps someone knows how to get the account adjusted


If only I could remember how it got rectified last month when I managed to get some help from the company even if it was grudgingly
