how does one get a refund from I tunes when overcharged twice for one supply.

For the second time now I have been charged twice for the supply of one set of weekly (not Sunday) copies of the Daily Mail.

I realise the amount is small but for this to happen to me twice is unacceptable

Perhaps someone knows how to get the account adjusted
