I want to instal XP on a boot camp partition on my MBP. I do not have the original instal disc. I have instaled SL and up dated

to 10.6.8. When I try to download the windows support software I get this message "Download could not continue. The Windows support software is not available." Any help will be greatly appreciated.

IIRC, the Snow Leopard install DVD comes with 2 sessions on it. One session is the Snow Leopard install support, and the second session is the Windows support. When you run the Boot Camp Assistant it should partition your disk, then reboot into the Windows Installer. After installing Windows, just insert your Snow Leopard DVD into the drive (while running Windows) and it should open up with the installer for the Windows Support software. Once that is done, you can runthe Apple Updater in Windows to download any updates.
