The two outside pins on my magsafe charger are stuck, therefore not charging.  Any ideas on how to get them out.

Stuck where,  pushed in?   If they are pushed in, just try gently coaxing them out with a pair of needle-nose.

If they are pushed in, a set of forceps would be my choice. If they are pulled out, a special "seating tool is required, having done many multi-pin connectors ( not mac) in my day. Each "seating tool is usually proprietary to the particular pin/connector.  hat ever you do, be VERY GENTLE and careful.  Best of luck

Did you read this KB article?

    Troubleshooting MagSafe adapters

If you think that a pin is stuck down, try unplugging and re-plugging the MagSafe adapter into the power port. The pins should move and reset themselves to a neutral position. If you find that a pin isn't resetting itself, gently press the pin sideways using a fingertip or other soft, non-scratching surface to see if the pin will reset itself. If the pin will not reset, please refer to the Additional Information section of this article.

I read that article and I like how they say, if you can't get the pin out, refer to the Additional Information part of this article. Which does not exist.
I have a pin that will not come out as well. Will the "geniuses" at the Apple store do it for me?

Is there anything that prevents you from calling the Apple store, and asking?

Yes. It was 10 o'clock at night.
Also, you may have been able to tell from my use of quotes that I don't, in fact, believe the individuals working at the Apple store to be geniuses.
