can i write an email and mark it to be delivered on a different day and time?

I am trying to find out if i can write an email, and send it, but have it delivered on a different day and time? I used to do this in MS outlook

iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

You can not do this in Mail.

In fact you can't do this in any standard email client. Delayed delivery is not a feature of Internet email and is only available in proprietary email systems such as Microsoft Exchange.
