How to create M83-like inspirational musics ?

Hi everybody ! 🙂

I don't have any experience in music creation. Being a young video maker, I seriously need to create my own musics for my monetized videos since it's impossible to find good musics (for commercial use) for free...

I find M83 so inspiring and "Outro" is the most beautiful sound I have ever heard. I'd truly love to be able to create this kind of stuff...

Can anybody help me to get started?
