How can I view a image that is sent by messaging. I can see the pic, but when I want to view the larger version, all it says is 'loading'. It will not load. Thanks, Bob

Close out of the app, double click the home button, find the message app and close out of it. Then do a reset, no data loss, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
