So, I am just holding my iPhone 5, and I just flipped it over, and I felt something move. I shake it, and some thick object on the inside is moving. It is not very loud and now does it with every motion, something on the inside is moving.
What should I do?

No, there are NO moving parts inside. Yeah. there's a gyroscope for positionong and shake detection, but it is solid state. So they may have left something loose when they put it together. Have it appraised by the Geniuses at the Store, after all this ain't a dime a dozen gizmo.
If you're near an Apple Store, take it in and let them look at it.
Or have it looked at by an Authorized Apple Service Center.
It's under warranty.
