I turned on my iPod and for some reason it won't scroll side to side nor up and down. I have to click on letter to select it then double click for the letter to be typed. Went into settings but can only see the few options to double click on at the top cause it won't scroll! Can anyone help?

I think you have the VoiceOver Accessibly feature turned on. Triple click the Home button and to go to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn of VoiceOver and other Accessibility features. Use three finger if necessary to scroll the screen to get here. If problems see:
