As I have investigate, my iphone model MC318LL can be unlocked directly from apple. How can I do that?
Base band 04.12.02 and I want to use it in Colombia my country.

No. It can NOT be unlocked directly by Apple. It can ONLY be unlocked by the carrier it is locked to. since the LL indicates it is from the US, that means it is locked to AT&T. You will have to contact AT&T and see if it qualifies for unlocking.
