Battery test utility

Is there a utility I can buy or download that can tell me:

-How many cycles my batteries been through
-How many hours can my ipod dish out
-How many more cycles my ipod can still take

The second is the main concern. As long as it can tell me that, its fine, but if it has the other 2, thats even better.

i've been worried about my battery power

I seriously doubt there is anything like this you can buy. Apple and their battery vendor probably keep the specific engineering specs required to even hope to design such a utility under heavy lock-and-key, that is, if they even exist. The battery metering circuitry in most LiON battery packs is not specific enough to provide the info to fuel such a program.

You might want to try the iPod’s own Diagnostic Mode, which has some battery tests, IIRC. Reset the iPod with Menu+Center, then after the apple logo displays, hold Rewind+Center to get to the Diag. Mode. In there you can play around with the various tests and see.

Why are you so worried about the battery if you don’t mind me asking?
