Just setup my iMac.  I hit the Itunes match (i paid the extra $$$ on the account so I can sync all my music), it runs the first step, then stops.  Tries several times and then error message comes up.




"We could not complete your Itunes request.  An unknown error occurred (4002)."


(In small print) below it says


There was an error in the iTunes Store.  Please try again later.




This has been going on for a week now !!

    Found this:


    1: Go to the 'Store' tab and select 'Turn Off iTunes Match'

    2: Return to the 'Store' tab and select 'Update Genius'

    3: Wait for this to complete successfully, the return to the 'Store' tab once more and select 'Turn On iTunes Match'.

    4: iTunes Match will now restart and succeed.


    Seems basic enough that it's worth a try.

    I have this issue too. Massively annoying and unfortunately Jim's fix doesn't get rid of it.
