My phone turned its self off for about 10 minutes, when it came back on it went from 84% to 18%. When I put in on the charger it shows the plug symbol as if its fully charged but the phone stays at 18%, and now it won't turn on.
My phone turned its self off for about 10 minutes, when it came back on it went from 84% to 18%. When I put in on the charger it shows the plug symbol as if its fully charged but the phone stays at 18%. Over time the battery dropped, but it went from 18, to 9, 3, then 1, and every time I put it on the charger it doesn't actually charge. Now my phone is off and it will not turn on.
