If you download a rented movie to your iPad and the plane you are on does not have wifi can you still be able to watch the movie?

As long as it has been fully downloaded then you should be able to watch it whilst offline

My husband had problems with this when he travelled a couple of months ago. Now it's my turn to travel and I sure hope it works. 2 movies have been fully downloaded to my ipad. We'll see.
