Just bought a E3880 and I can't figure out how to make it work with my iMac (10.8). I installed everything that came with the CD. My printer is connected to the network and my iMac sees it (as a boujour printer) but when I try to add it, it says driver not available. I couldn't understand the manual in how to set it up as tcp/ip?
Go onto the Epson website and download the drivers
Make sure you get the mac version (.dmg, .pkg)
Do you see your printer model listed here - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3669#epson?
If so, go here - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1398 - and download the drivers for your printer. Install the drivers and then add your printer via System Preferences>Print & Scan.
