Kernal Panic After Upgrade to Mountain Lion

I recently upgraded to mountain lion 10.8.2 from snow leopard 10.6.8 on my late 2009 macbook. All went well during the upgrade and a week or so later I got my first kernal panic (I had no idea what it was till it happened and I looked it up afterwards). I am hoping this is an isolated incident and I am hoping if someone could let me know what triggered the kernal panic? And if I need to do anything to follow up? Thanks.

Most likely culprits are these:

com.sophos.kext.sav 8.0.4

com.Cycling74.driver.Soundflower 1.6.5

Boot into safe mode (hold down the SHIFT key while restarting). If not KPs, then disable these 3rd-party items. If KPs, then most likely hardware related.
