need upgrade itunes 10.6.3 to 10.7 only, not 11

itunes will automatically upgrade to the latest w/c is iTunes 11 but I only want to upgrade to iTunes 10.7 only

(or any further upgrade OTHER than 11). How do I do that? My current iTunes is version 10.6.3

I need to do this because I bought a new Nano which requires that I have 10.7 installed

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Several iPods, iTouch 32GB
