We are using a hp2605dn checked printer and driver and cant seem to find anthing any help would be great.

Any luck with this? I have ML clients on a Lion Server, same problem. However, if I log on to the mac directly as administrator, it doesnt happen. Needs to be fixed, it is making the use of iwork impossible.

I figured it out. You need to go to the Workgroup Manager app, click on the groups icon (threee heads), select the group you wish to edit properties on, click on overview from right side of pane, click printing, click on always, then click footer, ensure you have NOT enabled the radio butttons for, "Print page footer", and, "include mac address". You will no longer print this information on the documents. See the illustation below for what your preferences should look like.
