Is it possible to change keys from foreign keyboard(hardware) to American? Regarding recent MacBook Pro

I commenced a purchase of the recent MacBook Pro abroad. Its keyboard is crowded with foreign encryptions. Is it possible to replace its keys with normal English keyboard?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

You can get the keyboard replaced with an English keyboard - either DIY through ifixit or PowerbookMedic or take it to your local Apple Store or an AASP and have them do it (the latter is probably best, although it will cost more).

I've no idea what the costs would be - but if you're not technically proficient, I'd let Apple handle the task.
