Do photo-mail design templates work on iPad (i.e. iOS devices)

I selected 5 photos in iPhoto to share through e-mail on the iPad Mini. iPhoto places them into an e-mail message, but I don't see any options for any design templates.

You can only mail using standard mail forms on the iPad. If you want more advanced templates, send the mail from a mac.
