iTunes shows that I own 30 movies but it only shows 23

I must have deleted some movies from my iCloud. How do I get those movies back on my iCloud? I can't find them anywhere. I have also gone to a movie that I know I have purchased but also is missing and I've clicked buy again. It said "You have already purchased this movie would you like to watch it again?" I click play but it still didn't show up in my library or on my iCloud. Please help me figure out the easiest way to get my movies back onto iCloud..
