Cannot log into Application Loader, why?

I was trying to preview an ebook I am in the process of publishing. I got the Application Loader login popup but no matter how many times I try to login with my correct details - I get the same error:

There is a problem with your login information

Please click back and try again

Unable to find registered user with username "........my email address......."

I have tried changing my password but still no joy!

Any ideas?
