Sound problem with automated phone attendant services answer.

I have a sound problem when an automated phone attendant services answer a call generated from an iPhone5 with the latest iOS. Typically the call starts press one for English or two for Spanish etc,...I have had this problem since I've purchased my iPhone5 and the latest update has no effect. I have tested on a Banking service and Insurance company (long wait). Has anyone seen/heard of this?
