I can not access my hotmail through mail pro app. On my iPad or iPhone 5. Keeps saying connection failed. Anyone else have this problem? I have deleted account and re added and deleted app and redownloaded. Can log on to email in browser.

I Cannot access my email through mail pro app. Have tried deleting account and reinstall. Didn't work deleted app and reinstalled still nothing. If I go to browser I can log into account. Is there a problem with this app?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2, Will not work on iPad either

I too have the same problem with the paid for version here in the uk. Apple says that the app is no longer available in the uk. There seems to be another app with the same name so there seems to be no way to contact the author. This is a pity as this was one of the better iOS apps. Can't understand why so few people are complaining, were there really just a few users of this great app? iPhone 4s, iOS 5.1.1

I've seen the same problem in the US. the mailPro Pp is no longer sold here either. Web search results show the problem was caused by Microsoft changing Hotmail to Outlook, so now the mailPro app can no longer access the server.

I guess I will need to find another email server ... Can't trust Microsoft to be dependable to their clients, making changes to their systems to force use of their unreliable (according to most reviews) app instead of good working 3rd party apps.
