How can I increase Local Disk C on my Windows 8 via Parallels?

Hi... Im trying to download MS Office and my C disk is low on space (994MB free of 19.1 GB). Apparently, windows 8 eat up a lot of space.

How can I increase the size of this?

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Have not used Parallels, but have Fusion and VirtualBox. Try and see if it has some means of modifying the VM's virtual disk specs and increase the maximum size. On VBox, you need to do some fancy command-line stuff, but on Fusion, you simply click on the virtual disk device on the toolbar and resize at will. Pretty sure Parallels will have something akin to Fusion.
