built in mic not working
My built in mic is not working at all. It use to work but it has not worked now for about 6 months. Even when I record from my imac, it does not pick up sound anymore. Please help.

Long shot, but...
Open Audio Midi Setup in Applications>Utilities, see the input & output options & KHz setting there, some things will change it for their own use, then not set it back.
