MacBook Pro-blems

my Macbook Pro is not accepting my correct Username and Password. It also asks for Certificates on EVERY website i visit. Can you Help?

The problem is my password is the same, hasn't changed, and im typing it correctly with capitalization and spelling (same with the username) but its still denying me access.
