Disable private safari browsing within parental restrictions.

Is there a way to disable private browsing on an ipad or ipad mini? For parental control reasons, it should be an option to disable this feature within the parental controls. That way, the child/teen cannot turn on private browsing unless they have the parental restrictions password. It would also be nice to be able to turn off the erase history feature on children's iPads. Any ideas?
