explain the two rings indicator on my wifi connection when using mobile hotspot
Trying to set up my Macbook Air on mobile hotspot from my iPhone 4s.
It said it was connected but did not really work sitting in Starbucks.
The wifi indicator changed from a conncetion signal to two interlocking rings.
What is going on?
iPhone 4S, iOS 6
