I have entered the right email address and password but it keeps cpopping up " Cannot connect to iTunes account ". I have gone into setting and removed the account then tried to re add it but it won't let me?
How many devices do you presently have associated with your Apple ID? There is a limit of 10.
Just iPhone and laptop. It was working fine a couple weeks ago..
On the iPhone log out of the iTunes account, restert the iPhone, the log back in to the account.
