Q: How to delete iCloud email address

Welcome to the Apple Community.

You can't change or delete iCloud email addresses, but you can create 3 aliases.

How do you add an aliase

Log into icloud.com using a computer browser and go to the mail page.  Click the cog icon in the upper right and choose the Accounts tab.  There you will see aliases and can add a new one.

From iCloud.com enter the mail feature, click the gear icon in the top right corner and select accounts, you can add aliases from there.

I mistakenly started to create an icloud address.  Now my outlook keeps searching for email to that address and I get an error message every minute.  HOw do I delete the address.

Why can't you delete it? What is the reasoning behind such a terrible concept?

How to unlock icloud (ID Apple) when activation?

this is stupid, i just cannot understand why we cannot change the icloud emial adress. Mine was created by mistake and now i get contacts from another person etc...

i am about to throw away my iphone and get a smarter phone that has more flexibilityin managing the account.

did you ever get a solution because i feel the exact same way it bothering me i feel like i have no privacy??

even if the email address attached to your icloud is unknown? i never even set up an @icloud.com email... now im stuck with reieveing calendar dates pic and etc like im basically sharing my life with somebody this is terrible Apple just terrible
