I can't turn my wifi on is always off

It been like that's for week I did everything rest net work and rest all rest still off

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1

Take a look at this Apple doc -> iOS: Wi-Fi or Bluetooth settings grayed out or dim

If those 5 steps don't fix it, the iPhone will need service.
