Web2WebKit... and Windows 7 Memory

We have Safari 5.1.0 on Windows 7. Web2webkit... is a huge memory hog, but we need Safari. How can we resolve this problem?

1. MacMini 2. PC, Mac OS X (10.5.2), PC uses Windows XP SP2
