what if I only have one email address and I cant use a rescue email address
is any one out there
this is not worth it, I have about 5 different windows open and still havent gotten an answer to a simple question

If you only have one email address then you won't be able to set a rescue email address as it needs to be different to the main address on your account. You should be able to create a free email account via gmail, hotmail etc.
