Error message for Apple TV, "Netflix is currently unavailable. Try again later."

I've tried EVERYTHING to fix this error. The TV doesn't every try to load Netflix. Youtube, Hulu, and anything else using an internet connection doesn't work. I know that the TV is using a network though because it was able to complete all the updates it needed, plus I'm using an ethernet cord. I'm at school so I can't "replace the router" ... Someone please help!!!
