How do I install Boot Camp Control Panel on Windows?

So I recently installed Windows 7 (x64) Ultimate on my MacBook Pro (mid 2012).

There are no drivers, and no Boot Camp Control Panel installed with Windows. How do I install all of this?

In Boot Camp (OSX) download the Windows Support Software, then install it in Windows.
