This is the first time I have had to use the answers and I can't remember the answers. How do you reset them?

From that link, click on Account Management, push the button for Apple ID account security, choose your country, click Continue, and then push the Email button. Wait for them to respond.
I really need this reset tonight. I don't have time to wait.
You can try phoning Apple Support, but they need to take some action to reset your account. If you're desperate, create a new Apple ID and use that instead.
