Try restarting the router too and it is worth removing ALL cables from ATV for 30 Secs too.

Your AppleTV has no network connection at all. That is why it is only showing those two optioins. Where did you check your internet connection though? Some app or site on your computer or iPad? Need to figure out what is blocking your ATV from being able to connect to anything.

Thanks. It worked removing cables and keeping it over wireless. I also had to update software over wi-fi.
