My son had to change his password for his Apple ID.  He has an iPhone5.  Now that the change has been made I can no longer Facetime him, from my iMac, iPhone, or iPad.  He can still Facetime me from his iPhone.  What happened and how do I fix it so I can Facetime him?  I use to be able to go through his iPhone phone number or his email address.  Now both of them come up and then say Connection Lost, or that he is not available.  Help.
